Newsflash - We are evolving

Over the next few months Inner Sanctuary Retreat will evolve to become Spa Satori. Why? Because the word ‘sanctuary’ is trade marked & used by another national company so to avoid any confusion we are changing our name.

We will still be providing all your favorite holistic health and beauty treatments and we will still be located at 112 High Street, M4 1HQ.

We are in the process of developing our new website which will be at www.spasatori.co.uk.

For those of you curious about the name, Satori is a Japanese Buddhist term for enlightenment that literally means "understanding". In the Zen Buddhist tradition, satori refers to a flash of sudden awareness, or individual enlightenment, and is considered a "first step" or embarkation toward nirvana.
